A Small Reason to Celebrate!

I have lost nearly six pounds since I started Weight Watchers just eleven days ago. I can hardly believe it!!!

I'm just doing WW Online - not going to the meetings. But keeping track of everything I eat and exercising almost everyday is making a difference. The last couple of days I've gone to the gym and done thirty minutes on the treadmill, and another thirty minutes on the Lifecycle. I hate every minute of it, but the results are worth it.

Just another 8.8 lbs to go until I meet my first goal weight (I have a short-term and a longer term goal). I can most definitely do that before I go back to work!

Find something to celebrate in everyday. This is something very worthy of a celebration. Well done.

Good for you!!! You are beautiful in every way, but I know how it feels to strive to reach a goal and achieve it. Feels pretty darn good!

Way to go Joannah! You're well on your way and doing so well. You have me intrigued about checking out WW online.

WW online worked for me too! I did a 3 month subscription, and after that I was able to keep track on my own. That plus the Wii fit (and some weights) helped me drop the pounds! Although some have crept back on...summer does that to you!
