Still Inconclusive!

The final pathology report was not able to give us a definitive answer as to what Michael has, although the doctors do believe it's cancer. They are forwarding the pathology information up to Cedars-Sinai for a second opinion, and we should know more next week.

We like the oncologist, but once we know what we're dealing with we will probably find someone else to work with. He was really thorough. He ordered an MRI of Michael's brain and a bone scan. Those are scheduled for Tuesday. Michael's mom will be going with him for those so that I don't have to miss another day of work.

We will then meet with the oncologist again Thursday afternoon. If everything is still inconclusive, then he will order another biopsy.

We know we are surrounded by so much love and so many prayers. I cannot say thank you enough for that! We are honestly in good spirits. God is with us in this.

Do not fear for I am with you
Do not be afraid for I am your God
Surely I will strengthen you
Surely I will uphold you
With My right hand of righteousness

Isaiah 41:10

Oh Joannah, I am trying to catch up on reading blogs (started back to work). I am so sorry to read about your husband. Please know that you both will be in my prayers. I can tell by your posts that you have a strong faith, hold on to that faith. He has both of you right in the palm of His hand.
love, Geneva
