I know that before my own life experience with infertility, that I really wasn't all that aware of how many couples are impacted by IF. I have been very open with others about my experience because I don't think people can be expected to be supportive unless they know what's going on. In opening up, I have been on the receiving end of so much love from friends, family, coworkers, and my internets. Thank you!Here's a great link.

I agree with you about how little we know about the many, many people suffering from the pain of infertility. Hopefully, NIAW will continue to educate us all.
Oh, thank you so much for posting this! My dear sister has been struggling with infertility for many, many years (and supporting me with love and grace as I managed to get "accidentally" pregnant with two out of my three children). I would love to blog about this, but she is sooo private that any mention of it would bother her. Still, I can at least direct her to that link!
