UGH!

So, I called the billing department in the RE's office today to check on the status of my authorization. I was distressed to hear that it hasn't come in yet, but distressed even more to find out that due to some miscommunication between the medical staff and the billing department the request wasn't even submitted until last Friday!

UGH!!!

So, I go in tomorrow morning for an ultrasound, and hopefully the authorization will come in tomorrow and we can schedule this thing for Friday. If not, I think it's going to have to wait until next cycle.

To say I'm frustrated by this uncertainty (and screw up) is a huge understatement.

UGH!!!

Gosh, I hope it does come through in time. I also hope you are planning on taking enough time off after the procedure. Some doctors say that the recovery time is three to five days and that is BS! You need time to let your body recover before going back to work. Good luck!

This is the part of infertility that no one talks about...the frustration of scheduling. I hope that they can get it worked out for this cycle, my friend.

Oh Joannah, I'm so sorry for this frustration! It's my most sincere hope that someday soon you'll be holding your sweet baby and looking into his or her eyes, and that in that instant you'll feel the peace of knowing that everything was part of God's plan for that moment. I know it does nothing to help with the stress and frustration now. Gosh, I hope I'm not one of the people guilty of saying all the wrong things! Sending you hugs and prayers from AZ :-)
