I love that my husband is home!
We have a consultation scheduled with our RE in two weeks. Michael's travel schedule is pretty light in October/November, so we're hoping to schedule IVF in that time frame. I'm nervous about the whole thing.
Here I was all worried that my period would start too soon, and now I'm wondering if it will ever start! Maybe I'll call today and ask the nurse if I should be concerned.
On my first day on WW I managed to go over my points allotment by 12.5 points, thank you very much! I was doing fine until we went to his parents' for dinner. I can't pass up his mom's cooking - she's a great cook. So, I'll have to watch it today, and try to get some exercise.
We're shopping for a lawnmower on Craig's List. Michael is the new gardener. I think this will be good for both of us. I'll get out there and care for my plants while he grooms the lawn. We learned from one of my brothers-in-law (I have seven of those now!) that we need a rotary, not a reel mower. Michael was all set to get a reel mower until we had that conversation, and that would not be good for our (mostly) fescue lawn. Who knew?
I guess that's it for now. Have a good one!

I am thinking good thoughts for your IVF! I have to say, sometimes it is difficult for me to read, because it brings back so many mmemories of our IF. It is such a rollercoaster...
Joannah, honey, those meds will make each and every cycle different from what you are used to. Acupuncture might help you feel more "normal" amidst all of this. I loved it myself & have heard that it is even more useful when doing IVF.
xo
Glad Michael is home! Will be thinking lots of good thoughts for you guys during this next step. Hugs!
Hooray for husbands being home!!!
