Buffy had her knee surgery today. The doctor spoke to my husband after the surgery and said she did really well, but that he had found more arthritis in her knee than he expected to. Apparently that means she will always have stiffness in that joint - the TPLO doesn't cure arthritis. Poor doggy!
We'll get to bring her home tomorrow night, and I'll be home with her on Friday. She'll be mostly confined to one room or her crate for the next two months. Fun times!
