Well, this morning we completed the second round of our second IUI cycle. We have been at the RE's every morning for the last three days. It's beginning to feel like our home away from home. All seems to have gone well.
While we were waiting to make our payment before we left (insurance covers nothing, ugh!), we looked at dozens of pictures of the babies our REs have helped their patients conceive. There were so many pictures of twins and triplets, and they were just darling, of course. We know that there's a possibility of conceiving multiples. I'm excited about that possibility, but Michael isn't crazy about the idea. I'm sure he'd come around, if it became a reality.
So, now we wait...

Oh how I remember that 2ww. Seems like nothing compared to the weird-ass wait here in adoption land. Excruciating nonethaless. Really, I get it.
One step at a time. Your follies look pretty darn good. Best of hopes to you. XO
Maybe you had better start watching the tv show "Jon and Kate plus 8", you never know :)
May God be with you!
Sending sticky vibes your way, those 2ww can be tough.
I loved seeing all the "babies" our specialist helped make. When we moved to Alberta and had our youngest DD we were amazed at all the twins/triplet births that had been born at the hospital we were at. We later learned that fertiltiy treatments were covered here, and we then thought well if we had known that 2 DD's ago (where we came from they weren't covered)
Sorry for the ramble. Crossing fingers and toes.
I'll keep my fingers crossed too. The waiting bites. Do something fun in the meantime.
Best to you, your hubs and your follicles. :0)
I hope that the time passes quickly and ends with wonderful news.
Keep smilin!
I am speaking to my angels for you :O)
Gosh this is as exciting as your wedding preparation. Different kind of anticipation, but still!
Everythings crossed (on me and my fam) ...and thinking good thoughts for you guys. ;D
Oooo how exciting! Well, its not exciting that you have to wait two weeks!
Saying a little prayer for you, that you'll be craddling a little bubby in your arms in 9 months time!
All the best!
Totally there waiting and hoping for you!!
Waiting and hoping with you!
I will be sending positive thoughts your way. I know people who this has worked well for..and just keep it a secret for now..they all had multiples. One friend had triplets, two girls and a boy.
Waiting and praying for you my love!
Fingers, legs, arms and follicles crossed!
