Ditto the wishing I could be there in person, but I will be there in heart, and I will say a prayer at 10:30 that Michael's life will be honored in a beautiful way!

Joannah, you are just in my thoughts constantly even though we've never met. I wish I could hug you in person. I will pray at 6:30 my time (which is 10:30 your time) and do a fast that day in Michael's honor!

Like everyone else, I wish I could hop on a plane and be there for you. I wish I could take all of this away from you. I wish so much.

I have been following your blog since you were a single lady waiting to adopt form China. The turns your life has taken are really hard to digest. You have experienced such intense emotions from extreme happiness to extreme sorrow. I have never been were you are. I have no advice, but trust God. All I can do is hold you up in prayer to the one who knows what you need better than anyone. May He comfort you, hold you and bless you with people in your life who will be His hands and feet. Press on sweet girl whom I have never met. Someday your joy will be made complete and last forever. God's Blessings today and always.

I happened to stumble on your blog and read your post about letting go of your China adoption. I then stumbled onto your current blog. I admire your strength and your faith. May you be surrounded by those who love you and can support you through this difficult journey. I am lifting you up in prayer to our Gracious Father who will carry your burdens, and hold you in His arms. With Sympathy, A stranger with an August LID trying to make a decision you already made

Michael, rest in peace...

Joannah,

We are old friends of Michael and his mom, Marian from the Tahitian Terrace. We have fond memories of Michael and are blessed to have known him.
