Day 13

And then there were 10 follicles, and I think I can feel every one of them. LOL! Everything is just as it should be - estrogen is over 2000 today. We trigger with HCG tonight at 7:30, and our retrieval will be 35 hours later on Tuesday morning at 6:30.

After our appointment today, we drove down to Laguna Beach. We were disappointed to see how many shops were closed. :-( But, we enjoyed walking around a bit, driving up to the Top of the World, and then we lunched at Splashes where we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The weather today was glorious. Felt like summer.

So, one more appointment tomorrow morning for a blood draw, pre-op exam, and a crash course for my mom and Michael in PIO shots.

Thank you all for checking in faithfully and praying for us. I know the peace of mind I have about each step of this IVF experience is directly related to the spiritual aspect of this. If it weren't for God's grace, I'd probably be a wreck.

Many prayers for an easy procedure and a healthy baby!! How soon after the transfer can you find out if you are pregnant?
