Separation Anxiety

Today Michael had an MRI of his brain, and a bone scan.

I went to work.

His mom spent the day with him at the hospital.

It was really hard for me not to be there!

Just three more weeks of school and then I can better devote myself to him.

Oh Joannah, hang in there. Sending big hugs to you. 3 more weeks.

You were there in prayer, and that's the most powerful type of presence! Still, I am praying for these three weeks to fly by for you!

It must be so very hard for you not to be there, tho as already said, your prayers are powerful. So many things are so hard to understand.

I also hope that time will go by quickly for you, & you will have peace throughout.

Hugs & God's blessings! :)

I can understand how hard it would be to have to go to work under those circumstances. The end of the school year cannot come soon enough, I'm sure. You are almost there. My prayers are with you.

Aww, Joannah, it must have been a very difficult day in wanting to be next to Michael and not being able to. The fear of the unknown and not being with him must have stressed you out like crazy. Remember, we serve an awesome God, and your prayers helped you be right next to Michael. Hoping and praying that you both will hear positive news soon.

To tweak a line made famous by Dori in Finding Nemo: "Just keep praying, just keep praying..."
You're doing all you can; allow God to do what He does. Love to you both!

I think about you every day. I know it must be so hard to finish up the school year, but just dig in and get it done and then you can devote yourself to this fight. How did the scan go? I am hoping and praying the results were good and that there is no brain involvement.

Joannah.. I'm so sorry to hear this. I've been behind on reading blogs and just now got over here to check in. I'm saying prayers for you and Michael.
